Hotel Leonardo is a modern, luxurious and comfortable three star hotel and a one of our first and dearest clients! Hotel Leonardo may not be the biggest hotel in town but it’s definitely the warmest place to stay when in Skopje. It offers an exceptionally warm welcome to its guests and gives them a true home when away from home. Having a small business hotel city Centre in a quiet mountain area is not an easy job, especially with so many one night, two night guests, constant Check-ins checks outs, small conferences and etc requires well organized processes of work.
Project brief
Hotel Leonardo is a modern, luxurious and comfortable three star hotel, and a one of our oldest and dearest clients! Hotel Leonardo may not be the biggest hotel in town but it’s definitely the warmest place to stay when in Skopje. It offers a homely welcome and gives them a true home away from home. Being a small inner-city hotel with a high number of one or two night stays and conference facilities, the website and content management systems needed to be built as support to processes.
Solution
Our solution is a digital representation of the ambience of this boutique hotel, with a full set of embedded management processes. We developed a customised room booking system, automated reporting for improved property management, and integrated an online payment system.
